We will potentially require photographic proof of the item(s) condition sent to our customer service team. We require that you follow the email prompts throughout the refund enquiry in order to sent the item to the correct address. - Refunds:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. - Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
